Under the latent scratch panel, on the card"s underside, you can find "PIN-code"
(12 digits - this is your personal access code).

|
1. Scratch the protective layer. |
|
|
|
2. Dial the access number:
- subscribers from Chisinau – 1630;
- subscribers from regions – 0-1630.
|
|
|
|
3. Be sure, that your phone works in the touch tone regime (press [*], or transfer the switch "pulse/tone" into "tone" mode).
Note: all mobile phones are working in the touch tone mode – so, there is no need to press [*]. |

|
4. After the > ’s voice greeting, chose the language (press 1 for Romanian, 2 for Russian, 3 for English). |
|
|
|
5. Following the instructions, enter your Personal code. |
|
|
|
6. The robot will inform you about the state of your account and will suggest you to dial the destination number. |

3. The robot-operator will suggest you to dial the destination number. |

4. Dial the number: [Country code] [City code] [Subscriber"s number]
Attention: you must not dial [0-0] before the country code. |

5. If you had mistaken the number, for not dialing again the access number, press "*" and the robot-operator will suggest you to dial the destination number repeatedly. |
|
|
|
6. After you will dial the number, it will follow the connection. |
|
|
|
In order to find out the state of your account, dial:
- The access number 1630 or 0-1630.
- After the s voice greeting press "0"
|

You can access to the service just using the code 1630. |
